About Us

The message from our Interim Head of School communicates the mission of Austin Classical School and how we plan to accomplish that mission.

History tells the story of how Austin Classical School came into being. In early 2012, God began laying the vision for a school like this in central Austin on the hearts of some key families. Through much prayer, discussion, and diligent work over the next 18 months, along with God’s abundant provision, Austin Classical School was launched in August of 2013.

For the upcoming school year, we will offer Pre-K through 12th grade. Applications will be available starting in November. Our Admissions process for all grade levels includes assessment testing on campus* as well as a family interview with our staff.

*Testing not required for Pre-K applicants.

Faculty and Staff provides information on the teachers and staff at Austin Classical School. We have been blessed with a Head of School who loves Jesus and loves people, along with talented and dedicated teachers who enjoy serving God by teaching students about His world using the classical approach.
